Current Events and Houseguests in Sleepy Hollow

There is gratitude aplenty here along the river. Fragrance of delectable foodstuffs fill the house in anticipation, the Menorah waits idly to be deployed again in a few hours, and our college junior is home with her new addition- a kitten that is slowly exploring his temporary abode.

 Amid the frustrations, the strife, and all the harder complexities of family life, I wish peace and happiness for one and all, an end to hunger, irrational conflicts, greed and inhumanity. It all comes down to the basics in the end.
